Steven Jaschinski has officially been offered a position in affiliated professional baseball earlier this morning at the conclusion of Minor League Baseball Umpire Development’s advanced course in Vero Beach, Florida.
Jaschinski, 18, will return home until June, when his professional career will begin, almost certainly in the Gulf Coast League (Rookie).
