After receiving feedback from teams within the mosquito division, we have gained clarification on the new dropped 3rd strike rule which was posted a while back.
I have gained clarification that COBA in fact does not go by this rule in their regular league play. We are to enforce this rule within OBA Regulation Tournaments ONLY and not within regular league play.
I apologize for the confusion this has causef. Until you hear otherwise, please allow a batter to run to 1st base when he is eligible to do so. The only exveption will be within tournamemt play when the rule can be enforced accordingly.
